Worst Hotel i ever saw. No matter you are married or not you have to prove it to them by showing same address of husband and wife. My wife was not well and i asked to give a room because we have to travel back to delhi. But they said address has to be same of husband and wife. Seriously !!! I wish other hotels ask them same question when they travel with mom and sister too.. Useless Hotel

Staff is very good they pick u from ur car he even cleaned my car obviously for tip but it doesnt matter i m too lazy to clean it any way Only bad thing is poor lighting in rooms And smelly rooms rest is all 5 stars

It was kind of corporate booking but was damn tasty

Rooms offered by hotel are really spacious and nearly well maintained. Location is prime, on main highway. But 1 star reduced For their room service. One has to be ready to wait for about 30+ minutes for any order. Even for water bottles. There are few differences in menu provided in rooms with the one in kitchen. Do confirm while asking for anything. Overall nice hotel to stay, just few things to be improved .

Worst hotel I have been to in my life. The price of their room are exorbitant and the service is abysmal. They charged 4500 rupees for a single room and none of the basic amenities like shaving kit, slippers and toiletries were provided. The temperature of the room was chilly and to my surprise, there wasn't any heater. After requesting two times, they gave me an uncleaned blanket. The whole staff was unprofessional and stopped responding to my multiple requests to clean the room. Besides, their TVs had the worst satellite connection. It was a horrible experience living there despite spending such amount of money. If you are reading this review, please never consider staying in this hotel as there are myriad other better places to stay at economical prices in Ludhiana.

I have not used hotel room but I visited it's restaurant name as Downtown with my school time friends, here we honour our school time teachers Sh. OM Prakash Bawa and Sh. Charanjit Singh, food was nice but place was average. Staff was also cooperative but service is little bit slow. Over all rating to this is average.

Hotel room is average. Furniture not attractive, AC vent is broken but havent used as I checked in at hotel in February. No hot water in wash basin tap on entire floor. Ordered Biryani but was insufficient for 2 persons. Room kettle is provided. morning complementary buffet is provided which is ok. Location is good and is opposite to Verka plant

An old hotel in the city. This place was once a very busy hub famous for its spread buffet dinner and mouth watering recipes. The food quality has remained the same however. But the place has fallen behind with others due to more new, hip and modern places that mushroomed in the city. The old charm is not lost at all. The banquets are also very big and support a wide scale of group.
