vert poor service . no proper transport . delhi station to hotel faraway. no room service . very derry . food is very costly . room size is very small . bed quality very poor . hotel rent roo much High as per their services .thay cheats the customer . check out and check in time 12 noon . but they are cheting with you they can't agree the rules and they are pressure in you to vacate the room before 10 am .

Great place and hotel but little bit Some smells from the room.

it was a bad experience here , first Hotel Manager is money minded person. He gave us as a couple two rooms by stating that unmarried couples are not allowed. Finally he gave us two rooms on his conditions and after check in he took one of room key back and handed over to other customers. There was no window in my room, luckily one window was found there which was opening in one of laundry room and there whole night lights were glowing which was directly entering in my room (as there is no curtain over window). secondary there is no sound proof room, in mid of night 1:30 AM few customers were checking in and few checking out, really horrible experience. Really was not slept for two nights.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The food was very amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Overall had a lovely stay.

The hotel is simply amazing. Room is spacious and the washrooms are hygienic. The staff is extremely pleasant (specially the reception and shift managers). The bell boys are well mannered and helpful. I had to get my shirt ironed and they managed to get it done for me - at 11 in the night. The food is made by order and is fresh and tasty !! The help and support extended by the hotel made my stay outstandingly memorable. Wish I could give them more than five stars....

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms were spacious with all amenities. Lift facility is available. Cooked foods were very tasty. Best thing is they serve freshly cooked foods after you give the order. Cabs for sightseeing were also arranged at affordable rate from the hotel only since they have tourism business also.

It was very poor...in case of emergency to stay they gave so much tantrums. Not allowed as couple as well as friends and relatives too. It force you call parents for permission to stay there. Such a pathetic experience it was...They are very rude and gave unrespected behaviour..
