Service: Very poor. Didn't provide any shower kit, towel. Gave uncleaned towel on requesting for one. No slipper. Damaged doormat. Old tap mixer not working properly. The property may be very old. Cost: 1500rupees for half a day (3200 rupees for 1 night) Location: Near the bus stand . Near flyovers with noisy surroundings and bad roads. Amenities: Elevator, TV, AC, Geyser Note:This hotel has association with auto drivers and are scammers. Will tell so many lies to portray the hotel as the only available option. There are so many rooms near Golden temple with a cost as low as 400 rupees for 3 people. No advance booking needed. However they can offer a cheap 1 day Amritsar tour in auto for 1000-1500 rupees.

Worst service I have ever seen in my life... staff behaviour was worst...no rule no two way communication regarding hotel charges. Even they charged more than decided prices and behaved like some nonsense person Towards rating of this prestigious hotelGoogle must have provided negative rating

Worst hotel in the universe ever, person don't even know how to behave. Room was third class, there is not option of - negative 5 review otherwise I definitely give it. There was not even handwash there

Not satisfied with their services The only thing they have is a attractive reception. Issues: Water issues at peak. Saw many visitors struggling for water to get a bath. Relatively expensive and tasteless food items. No shower. No bathing towel. Tv not working. No ac remote. Ignorant Staff. Its better to checkout other hotels.They will give u better services at a cheaper prices. I myself moved to a other hotel.

Very rude ,ignorant and arrogant staff. Behaved liked gangsters. Owner also seems to be gangster. Room AC and wifi was not working. Bathroom was also not clean. TV remote also not working. Free dish installed with TV No toiletry items like soap or shampoo provided. No towels provided. They behave normally only before checkin. They demand money in advance and don't listen anything after checkin. If you booked this hotel you will also be writing review here like this. My advice is never book this hotel. Worst experience.

Totally bad experience in hotel Maharaja international, romms was very bad condition and services 3rd class because staff drunk. Also it located in hustle bustle area that was near in bus stand. And food service was totally bad , I ordered aalu Paratha but not filing in aalu , that was like normal Paratha ... I really suggest to all people find other hotel Because that is not family hotel So please don't check in this hotel Totally waste of money, waste of time , Here is not parking area . That's why I share some photos and videos must to check if you want to stay in this hotel.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star..Worst service ever..Never ever stay here..Autowalas have tie up with the hotel person so they ll force you to stay here but just don't.. Not worth it .. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff.
