Hotel has good parking and is located on the main road. Rooms are good, but AC is third class. Rooms are bigger because of which ac does not gives cooling. It's just 1 ton ac. They should have installed at least 1.5 ton ac in such larger rooms. Even after complaining several time, they did not do anything. They food taste is below average, but price is high.

Spacious rooms and space for parking is available. Amenities in rooms was not maintained. Broken doors, washroom flush was not working.

Food preparation was highly oily and too much salt. Ambience average. Need to improve.

This hotal is main road of Ballia Sikandarpur Marg food quality are good but service is not good

Present Restaurant manager at evening is not behaving well. Cook/Said is not preparing well. Poor experience of Dinner.

Rooms are good, but need a work on AC. They have installed window AC which is not sufficient for the room.

I have attended 2 program, food quality is worst and testless, services are too much poor, Hall AC is not working properly, cooler used by hotel administration . They never fullfill their commitment, if you book this place for any event, it will be wastage of money.

Rooms are clean but there is one problem to AC nd the tv remote are not giving in the room I think there is one remote for the manyy rooms
