It was overall a good experience. Just that there was no water in the swimming pool when we went there. All the staff were well behaved. The food was not the best but good, my suggestion is to get out of the hotel to experience the food nearby. I reduced 1 star because when we went there they gave us a room whose room was leaking, but I asked them to change it and they did.
Food was really good. Ambience is quite decent. Staff response is good and quick. Areas to improve - Need to maintain the commode pan. Pan was yellow and not clean. Bedsheet and blanket needs to be maintained. We got a torn blanket and not so clean bedsheet. Washroom at Reception was very dirty. Not in a hygienic condition.
End up here only if you are looking to spend a night I.e. to sleep on the bed. Worst service, pool not functional, manager has no idea what's going on, kitchen staff is completely dumb. Cons - walkable distance to blue flag beach, Cheap&best peace restaurant just opposite.
We came here 2 to 3 times.. It's a nice hotel.. kids love to enjoy in swimming pool .. Only minus point is it has no lift..you have to go by stairs to 3rd/4th floor
The rooms are good but the pool isn't that much clean....the water was dirty...we paid 2800 per each room which i think is not worth it...only reason is the pool
There is a pool to enjoy, room service was good, near from railway station, there is Seaview, resturant is also nice. Had a great experience.

Love the whole experience. Nice ambience rooms are nice & clean, service was great. Also it's soo close to the beach like 5-10min walk. Overall it was pleasant.
