Very third class hotel in mathura. Receptionist like Gunda and Don they are talking in very chip languages. These people off the AC outside at night Don't stay here
This hotel making fool to visitors. When you book this that time all charges would be included but when you discharged the hotel many types of expenses and charges will included by hotel manager...so it's my humble request all visitor plz insure each and every steps in this hotel...because this problems will face in last time when you hotel discharge,,,, RADHE RADHE..
They changed Rs 2750 , not worth enough, no intercom, no power backup, no water was available in the wash room in the morning, when I complained, the staff got angry at me, food was not good.
Hotel service was very bad... staff behaviour was not good they cannot talk in proper language... the communication was not properly... many hidden creation created... I have book online tickets with delux in which they have included meals but during we take our facility's they cannot give it they call it's only normal thali included and they charges it... don't visited in this hotal
Third class hotel I will not visit this again even if I am offered free of charge Rooms are clumsy .AC will be on only if you complain and that also it gets disconnected in the night and if you complain you will get answer that outside electricity has gone but reality is that they have separate switch of each room in reception and they switched off AC from here give excuse of technical faults Same thing with Wi-Fi they are giving wrong password for Wi fi and then say that our mobile is not of latest version They also do the same thing with geysers you will get hot water only if you fight with them Always ask price of tea and mineral water before you buy from them they will increase the price at the time of check out Rooms are not clean They provide only one pillow per person that also of very poor quality of linen and foam .if you ask for extra pillow they will ask extra charges Atmosphere of hotel premises is very frustrating I had booked the hotel through Intermiles because major hotels were sold out in the city because of long week end and Adhik month It will be a criminal waste of money and time if you stay in this hotel Some of the hotel staff very rude They are always interested in getting their vehicle hired by us if we do not hire vehicle from them they will try to give you all types of inconvenienced
The website of the hotel shows low charges and once booked from their site, the hotel person calls and increases the charges upto double. misguiding the customer.
very very good hoyel.. all staff supportive from your checkin till Checkout. front desk helps you personally fuiding abt tour. and Mr rajpal is very nice with clients with choice of food. food quality A1 always ready to help
I have very bad experience in this hotel. I have never recommend it to anybody.First of all when i was reached there, the receptionist and hotel manager talk very rudely and pretend to be busy on their mobiles and ignored us like we are not exist,then in room when i asked for water they told us to "ki khud lelo pani aap! dispensar bahar laga he lobby me".When i asked for extra blanket they said it is chargeble mam.When we go to their restaurant on third floor they offer us tea in disposable glasses and said "humare paas cup nhi he wash hone gye he sare apko adjust krna padega".And on finally check out day we were ( two ladies) on mathura janambhumi temple due to rush hour we were getting late and i called hotel manager said that "hum late ho jayenge thoda adjust karlo next day nhi rehna jana he hume,pls hum kal 7 pm check in kri thi aap hume 12:30 tak grace de doo"he disconnected my call when we reached hotel they forcefully demand for extra half day rent and talk very rudely and said hume chahiye paise half day kee they said nikalo yha se 5 min ke andar key chahiye room kii nhi to accha nhi hoga. Pls never go there it was our worst experience ever in any hotel,they dont knw how to talk to the guest and just opened their hotel for making extra money by take advantage of their guests in trouble.
