Chilli Chicken Dry Rs.300 for 7 pieces and so much less and the test is also worst isase achcha to main footpath mein kha leta.
Rooms are not well mentained, but located in the best place and service is very good..thanks to Das Babu, one generator is required to beat the frequent routine power cut.Its a budget hotel so don't expect everything.
Located right in the centre of Police Bazaar in Shillong, Magnum used to be a better hotel previously. Their rooms are quite old now and need lots of work. The beds are stiff, the couch is creaking, and furniture is falling through due to lack of maintenance. Food is above average. The only best part of the hotel is its location. Everything from shopping, cab booking, restaurants, and nightclubs in Shillong are surrounding you. So, if that is your priority and you can compromise a bit on room quality, then go for it. Presently, their backside rooms are better than the front ones, but they don't have any windows.
Deluxe room front: Rs 2550
Deluxe room back (no window): Rs 2850
Staff was nice in this hotel but rooms are very dirty. It does not deserve even one star in terms of cleaning. Prices are also high seeing the rooms condition. Don't go their if wanted to have a great experience in travelling.
A big NO. The rooms were dirty, the sheets and the pillows were smelly and not cleaned properly. There were literal stains on the pillows.
Add to that the loud unmannered hallways and hotel staff. And people running around at night, PEACE and SAFETY is the last thing you'll find here.
It's expensive too!!
A big waste and a big NO!
The 3 stars I have given for
1. Its location. It is situated at the heart of police bazar.
2. The food they serve are really very good in taste and quantity is sufficient for 2 people. 3. The staff are very good in behaviour and service is good.
Drawbacks
1.No AC
2.Rooms not very clean
3.Bed sheets are very old someone will not feel comfortable.
4.No hand shower in latrine.
5.They don't accept card or upi payment. Only cash.
Price is very high and location is very nice.. but more options r available...
Staff behavior and services were appalling. Rooms are very dirty with bed bugs and stains. The name hotel magnum is very suited because this hotel is the magnum opus of unpleasantness.
Had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is very well maintained and furnished. Rooms were neat and clean. The owner of the property,Mr Darell is very soft spoken and helpful. Overall the stay was very cozy. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Indian, khasi food and continental.
Did not use the pool. But was looked very nice.
Had great drinks and dinner at poolside bar.
The hotel rooms were neat and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. I was particularly impressed with the food they served here.
The hotel's location is also great, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enj

I must say the hospitality the owner of the hotel name David gave was just out of the blue and his team of dynamic staffs were so helpful in every way possible when I needed their services.
The hotel has a very friendly budget per room for all guests
You will actually feel like you are staying at home. I have visited Mawlynnong 3 times and every time I stayed in this homestay. Superb neat and clean place with decent basic eating options nearby.
Excellent hospitality and staff are courteous and helpful. Location is very much suitable for all traveller's to access police Bazar. We were particularly impressed by the attentive and kind service of Mr Keri
Two favourite things about this clinic: Firstly, the entire staff is very polite, and secondly, Dr Mansan will always explain everything in deep detail and in the simplest way possible. This really put me at ease when I had to do my surgical extracti

Came here for wisdom tooth extraction and the doctor did a great job. He explains beforehand how he will proceed and listens to his patients' concern. I highly recommend a visit if you have any dental ailments.
This place was wonderful. We really enjoyed staying there and wanted to extend our stay as it was very pleasant. The lady caretaker was really wonderful. Even though we didn't inform them about dinner on the day of arrival she made dinner for us at t

Aditya and his german shepherd, Chole, were the perfect hosts. We checked-in quite late at 1.30 am in the morning, and Aditya guided us how to get to his place. His place is well maintained, very clean and feels like home. The location is perfect, aw
