Service is nice . But as this hotel is in Mumbai obviously rooms have absolutely 0 ventilation, no windows at all . This gives me feeling of suffocation. also location of this hotel is quite close to airport which can be considered as a plus point . But also the location where this hotel resides is very unclean. really litter everywhere no veg restaurant is nearby to this hotel.
Got there for 3 days, reasonable price for the room I got, in room food service facility is also there.
For the location, nearby you will get the food at reasonable price. Metro station is there, hotel itself on the main road.
But on the road/area is just not good. You will see garbage on the road, smell around you if weather is hot.
If you are a person who is not roaming around the area the hotel itself a good option.
Good hotel at reasonable price, it comes around 2k to 2.5k per day. ventilation of rooms are not so good. But overall experience will be good

Absolutely sickening experience here. We made the booking via expedia and when we arrive at 4am, desperate and hands full of luggage they claim the booking was never made. They keep smiling at each other and talking in Hindi clearly saying "haha let's rip off these foreigners". Made us re-book, we were desperate and didn't know the Mumbai area and it was 4am so.we booked two nights. The original booking was 4 nights so we had to find another hotel after and we lost about 20,000 rupees because of these people. They were rude, obnoxious, unpleasant to be around. The room itself was decent although the area its in (Saki Naka) is one of the most disgusting, smelly, unhygienic holes I've come across in Mumbai. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Horrible experience. Rooms are the size of a matchbox. Inconvenient even for two people to stay in a room that size. Breakfast quality was terrible and you could tell the food was unhygienic. Wouldn't recommend. Room also had cockroaches. They do not provide any towels or toiletries.
