Lovely hotel, great location with easy access to the airport. You don't really get to see Delhi staying here, but it was convenient for us as a stop over. Breakfast and dinner in the buffet was lovely with great choice. The rooms were large, clean and spacious. we managed to chill out for a short while. We had access to the lounge travelling as 10 adults and 5 children. They were very accommodating and provided us the selection in the downstairs seating area which was tasty, large and plentiful. The kids enjoyed the popcorn, milkshakes and fries.
REFUSED TO GIVE ROOM EVEN AFTER CONFIRMATION. I reached delhi station in morning 7 AM. Because i want to check in morning 8 AM and checkout in the same day night 9PM, i could not book it online because of check in check out timing issue. I called hotel directly and asked if rooms are available with them i want to check in now morning 8 AM. He said rooms are available and asked me to come to hotel directly. I booked cab and but when i reached hotel with all my luggage they said me rooms are not available, please wait for sometime. After waiting for some time when i asked again how much time will they take, he said me wait for 1.5 hours more. I got frustrated and get out of hotel took a rickshaw and booked another hotel nearby after wasting almost 1 hour to them.
I recently had a wonderful experience at a hotel where Gautam, the hotel staff member, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Despite our late check-in at 3 am, Gautam greeted us with a warm and friendly demeanor, instantly putting us at ease. His helpful nature and willingness to assist with any requests made us feel valued as guests. The hotel itself was impressive. The room we stayed in was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was evident throughout the entire property, which further added to our positive experience. Overall, Gautam's exceptional service and the hotel's commitment to cleanliness made our stay a memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff and comfortable accommodations.
Good place to stay in heart of delhi in budget rates, in around all kind of food available. Clean rooms, new built property. You can visit nearby markets for shopping.
I have stayed for 24 days consistently In hotel magic tree,,, Gautam sir and hotel management were extremely cooperative,,,I was extremely busy ,,,many times I had left my room open with the trust on staff,,but not a single time my single asset get lost or stolen,,,whenever I was late at night,,,with due compromise in their sleep schedules they were addressing me very cordially ,,,lot lot thanks to all of you ,,,will keep visiting this hotel again and again,,,Thank you entire magic tree Team
