Wish I could rate negative....pathetic staff with mannerless behavior.Just don't book online room as when you arrive at the hotel they will say they don't have room available but online sites are showing because such improfessional hotel staff give room at higher cost by offline mode and people will suffer as they didnt update their room availability online.

Absolute garbage hotel. Service is very slow, rooms full of mosquitoes as well as non of the bathroom door locks. Bedsheets were very dirty looks like was never was for month as well as room 206 has whole wall has water leaked stained and smells very muggy as well as hard to breathe in it. We were lucky that we got to change the room after some discussion and ask to change linen in all 3 rooms. Next to hotel that was garbage pile. I will never refer anyone for this hotel.
Everything is good and rooms & their service is also good but the things which are legging - power backup and lift maintenance (i actually got stuck)
Rooms are small but good for single person.
Staff is nice and room service is fast. Exceptions are everywhere. But all over a nice hotel which is situated just near to bus stand.

This is my second visit and I very disappointed room facilities
1. Complimentary water is not given
2. Intercom phone is found dead and not look into this issue as I given feedbak to owner on my last stay
3. Iron is not available for cloths

This hotel is not value for money @3000/Day... Not recommended for anyone
clean , newly renovated property . But room size was too small with zero ventilation. Feel stuck & Cozy. otherwise hotel was good for 1 night stay hygienic also.
