The hotel is good, quite close to the Meenakshi temple and the market area. Rooms and washrooms were quite small but clean. The thing that really disheartened us was the staff's behaviour. We left a bag in a cab that we booked for sightseeing and it had our phones too. When we realized it, we requested the staff at the hotel reception to let us use the phone so that we can contact the cab driver but they didn't cooperate as we didn't book the cab through them. A very kind army officer and his wife let us use their phone immediately and we got the bag back.

We visited in post Diwali vacation. Rooms were clean, good and spacious. Service war not very good but ok. Centrally located about 1.5 km from Minaxi Amman temple. Though hotel is premium segment but it's not costly. Overall it's good

I'll give 4 only for the location which is situated 1 km near the Madhurai Meenakshi temple. Otherwise this trash hotel never eligible for any rating in regards of room or services. In this hotel website, they mentioned everything as clear and transparent. Therefore as a newbie to the city, we tend to believe'em. So we pre-booked a suit room for one night & morning with total cost 6500Rs for 4 adults and a teen as they said in the app. But at the time of check-in the reception staffs insist us on book another room worth 3500Rs because they were not allowed 4 adults and a teen in a single room. Here, at that moment we realised the cheap cheeting & the double stand of the management & reception staffs. We had already late & without any second option we paid 3500Rs for another room as they told. And this time they offer a free meal with the new room. While receiving the meal they wanted my grandfather to sign up on something else. And the next day morning 8'o clock we need to check out. Unfortunately, again they wanted us to pay for the free food. While we trying to question further they try to manipulate us by diverting & asking a lot of unnecessary things to my brother. It's really horrible & indecent acts from the reception staffs. Very rude & arrogant behaviour from them. So I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially the temple pilgrims. I strongly disliked the experiences.

Rooms were clean but small and not that spacious but the service was great and people were really friendly, the rooftop restaurant looked really beautiful but food wasn't that great especially north indian food. Location isn't that good as there is constant loud noise of traffic and announcements.

The rooms are small and dont go by the photos on any website or any agencies. The customer photos may be looked upon. However, be careful. It's near the railway station. Staff ok, but they can add more . They charge service charge , but if you insist, they will not charge the same on food bills. Veg food was good. Service quick. The buffet food is usually complementary, and there are not many options. So avoid. If you have a short trip, then u may stay. No pests and rooms are clean. Cost of stay Rs. 2800 to Rs. 3500. Value of money 5 out of 10. If the price range comes down and is between Rs. 1500 to Rs. 1800 (excl tax) , the value of money goes to 7 to 8 on 10.

Initially I had booked this hotel for its location. But the hospitality of this hotel was one of the best. They made sure guests feel comfortable in every aspect. Special thanks to mutthukumar who helped and guided us in all possible ways in a very professional manner.

The receptionist was very rude and did not take any queries we had for enquiry. If they have a strong corporate base, they need not make their service available for the general public instead of being rude and saying that we have a strong corporate base and we cannot take up calls. The role of any receptionist is to handle queries that any customer might have as part of enquiry. Also, working in hotel management, I think people should treat everyone with hospitality and show humbleness as long as they are treated with respect from the customer end. It is extremely disappointing when we are being respectful and polite but receive rude answers from the receptionist even though it is part of their job to answer questions. Extremely disappointed. Will never suggest or consider staying here until the receptionist learns to treat every customer the same way - be it corporate or the general public.

If possible I would have given 0 stars. Kindly stay away from this hotel, our checkin time was 12pm and we were not given a room until 8 pm.. The person at the reception is rude and inconsiderate. The rooms are from the 80's with no slots for charging. Horrible horrible property. People like these should not be allowed to do business with Make my trip or any other tour company. Family people STAY AWAY
