Room are neet and clean but service is not good.

Staff was well professional and polite. Rooms were well managed. Quality of food was good and services were ok location was good. Rooms are well in size, Very near from metro station

Huge disappointment that local ID are not accepted. Rest the hotel seemed nice also the front desk receiptionist is pretty rude and arrogant. Also not exactly close to the market and the rooms are a bit overvalued

Great place to stay in Karol Bagh, if you want to avoid Paharganj area.... Very good hotel with excellent amenities, the staff is very polite and caring. As far as safety is concerned, it is excellent. Everything is accessible from this hotel as it is on the Bada Bazaar road. It has literally everything available, one may need for survival Hotel food is great, and nearby also there are awesome food and tea stalls The hotel is located in a very safe, cheerful place full of students. One must always prefer to stay here, no matter where you have work in Delhi.

Stayed here for about 5 days to attend a friend's wedding. It's a 2 or 3 star property, But they really try to do everything in their grasp to ensure the guests are happy. Cleanliness is quite good. They clean the rooms everyday. Everyone from the front desk to the room boys, always have a pleasant smile and make sure you're stay is quite comfortable. Mostly single day travellers choose this place for its vicinity to most places in the city. It's Close by to Karol Bagh metro station which makes it very easy to get around the city and helps you beat the crazy traffic (usual in Delhi). Thank you Team Madonna for making our stay in Delhi a pleasant one.

I called them twice to confirm if their is any room available, they said yes ,,i asked costing and all,they said you come we ll tell you. When I reached there,they said their are no rooms available since 2 days and we can't book for you,when I showed them call recordings,the reception guy said the number you dialled is correct but I haven't talked to you. The worst part is that their is no other hotel nearby,, i wasted 2hrs searching for other hotels. This is so disappointing when you have no time and when you are new to some place...worst experience!!!

Awesome Hotel is decent. No restaurant in this hotel, they will get food from outside and its very costly. U can have good near by this hotel at reasonable rate... All variety of foods available Best service Parking may be available

Hotel location is good, Room size and bathroom size is very good. Staff is very cooperative. Morning complimentary breakfast and WiFi facilities is not available.
