It was a great experience to stay for three days &two nights. Clean rooms with great food served at the restaurant. Morning breakfast was a wholesome spread and tasty. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful specially Mr Sharvil Rai at the reception desk. Very centrally located which makes visit to important sites at Madikeri easy. Value for money.
We stayed here 2 months ago for 1day with 33 members. Rooms are neatly maintained with good service and good food. Parking facility for big vehicles to be improved.Mr. Asharaf's behaviour is very friendly.
I suggest it is better place to stay with family.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Easy to access from the bus stand.. All the shops are nearby.. Room services are good.. Need to improve the tasty complementary .. Provide the electric kettle in the room itself for hot drinking water since every time call and asked from reception..
We stayed at this hotel for 2 days with 6 rooms and family of 12. Hotel is great and service is top notch. Sahil is stand out and helped us all the way. Even Shervyl recommended local places. Would definitely recommended for location and service.
Good place to stay. It is at the centre of city. Rooms are very clean. Room service guy he is so polite and responds immediately. Food is too bad that's the reason I have reduced one .

I had really amazing experience staying at The Madikeri Heritage. Excellent staff, amazing service, very polite and prompt. Clean rooms. Special thanks to Niranjan who provided excellent service and was very hospitable. I will surely go to this hotel again when I will be in Coorg.

1)There are 3 types of rooms starting from Rs. 3000 which seems reasonable for this kind of stay,
2) also one get to have Breakfast in a buffet manner - they got separate space which is really really good

In a nutshell- this hotel is in Prime location, easy access to Raja seat (walkable distance), Mandalpatti (front desk can arrange Jeep safari to/fro from hotel at fair price- we paid 3k), room was clean and spacious.

Had a nice experience at the spa. Though we werent staying at the resort. Took the ayurveda package for a couple. And got great discount since it was a lesser preferred time at the spa.
