Service and cleaning is not up to the mark as per their standards, management should look into this. Their banquet Service is also very pathetic but food was tasty. I will give my ranking only due to their food and rooms only Service is not at all acceptable.

It is located a bit away from the Main Varanasi area like Viswanath temple. But accessible easily by Auto or Rickshaw. Good for people travelling by their own car. It has a parking facility. Rooms are very rooms. Food is also nice

Nice place to stay just a kilometre from Banaras Railway station.. location is good . Price is bit high as compared to other hotels.

Went to the restaurant so cannot comment on the hotel and the rooms. But the food was delicious. The service could've been faster. Had to wait for 5-10 minutes for a fresh service of tandoori roti. Apart from that, a good experience.

Ever since our first visit....now we are regular visitors of this place. Dishes tastes good. Chinese preparations are very good and even chicken preparations are good.Quantity is enough. Service is quick. If you are regular visitors you get concessions as well and best part is bill is very reasonable.

One of the Best Hotel in Varanasi with high class facilities and the Hotel staff's are very much friendly.

Overall good hotel for staying or it have a good hall for meeting also .

I went in a brithday party in this hotel the service was very good
