Hotel room is good but staff attitude specially person (Jaswant) sitting at reception is very bad. He does not have manner, etiquette to talk and how to behave with customers. He is unnecessary entering in arguments and damaging the image of such good hotel . He is young and I guess he needs to be trained

The rooms were fine, but the balcony glass was not full, due to which the room was filled with mosquito during night.
Recent we host a birthday party in Madhuvan hotel. In my opinion after the renovation of this hotel it is the best option for parties currently available in mathura.
Manager of this hotel Mr Sharma is very gentle person did a good arrangement for the party.
Food in the party was awesome and decoration and DJ was also good.

Arrived at 12 PM and went straight for breakfast. Loved every bit of it. Ambiance is nice. Good staff and our table assistant PAVAN was really helpful and nice. Totally recommend it.

It's the best hotel in the area. All the places like Krishna Janamsthan, Dwarkadhish Temple and Vishram Ghat are nearby and can be reached easily from here. The staff and the service is also good. Recommended for a stay in Mathura.
