Hotel room is good but staff attitude specially person (Jaswant) sitting at reception is very bad. He does not have manner, etiquette to talk and how to behave with customers. He is unnecessary entering in arguments and damaging the image of such good hotel . He is young and I guess he needs to be trained Hotel is conveniently located and rooms are fine. Room service is pathetic but foods are very good

The rooms were fine, but the balcony glass was not full, due to which the room was filled with mosquito during night.
Recent we host a birthday party in Madhuvan hotel. In my opinion after the renovation of this hotel it is the best option for parties currently available in mathura. Manager of this hotel Mr Sharma is very gentle person did a good arrangement for the party. Food in the party was awesome and decoration and DJ was also good.
