Hotels rooms are spacious, Food was okayish. Staff was polite. Hotel has good facilities of banquet & lawn where you can do family functions.
Service was too bad. At the time check-out manager's behaviour was too rude. Hotel house keeping staff doesn't clean the washrooms & toilets. Worst hotel. Instead of stay in madhuram royale by shree ram excellency, road side dhaba hotel must better. When the person booked triple occupancy then after they're providing 2 towels per room instead of 3 towels. After complaining manager said. Room me phone kis chiz k liye rakha hai. Call karke mangva Lena chahiye na.
Ok ok property, we have booked room for triple occupancy and they assigned us double occupancy room. Manager behavior's and staff service was good.
Only quality of food was good the hotel service was very bad. The manager tried to manage it but his team was not supporting. Toilets weren't clean beds weren't made properly. WiFi wasn't available. Overall mess
