Service very bad.after asking you give Towel and hot water.staff behaviour is very rude...
They charged extra stating its season time we had booked for a couple room it was soo conjusted there was no any table or wardrobe even to keep our bags there was so much noice pollution we couldn't even sleep properly. Many times electricity even goes on and off. Kindly check properly before booking.
The room was quite good. It is quite good for stay. The receptionist is also very welcoming.

Have been there twice, and it was worth it. Rooms are clean, staff is very helpful, especially the owner Mr Parmeshwar Param , who is always on his toes to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Food was also very good and the property is close to the Matheran railway station. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay at reasonable prices.
I stayed there last week. Only location is good. Otherwise no service (even they don't provide basic toiletries, also no place to hang clothes in bathroom, which is very my required in rainy season).
I have booking with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (all meal including) option for 2 nights but after reaching hotel they said no food will be provided, they have refunded Rs.1200 (not sure by what calculation, i could have booking better hotel without food, if i would have been aware they don't provide food).
Decent and peaceful hotel, very close to market area, food is ok, there are lot of options for food in market.
Rooms are clean, spacious and airy.
The charges are not fixed, totally depends when you are going. The rate could vary from 800 to 3000 per night or per person depending upon the season. It is advisable to pre-book.
Would like to go back again.
