Had an excellent stay for 3 nights as a large group. The hotel made us feel good and put up great show. Remarkable service and ambience added to the flavour. Food was great too. All in all, a good property.

I can definitely say the worst 4 star hotel I have ever been in. It would be very hard for me to say that the staff are arrogant but rather brain dead. You have to call them thrice to get something. And I guess all the other negative reviews that this hotel has received are genuine. They just don't care about the guests. We had to pick our own luggage inside the rooms. The receptionists were least cared about anything. The rooms were messy and smelling pungent. The intercom was not working. The geyser was not working. The list can go on and on. Just a humble request to book any cheap hotel available rather than spending a handsome amount on this property.

One of the best hotel to visit in dehradun. Located on Rajpur road, which gives you an advantage to enjoy the night life of dehradun. Almost all clothing and food brands are very close to it. Hotel staff is very humble and helpful. Rooms are ultra clean and the ambience of hotel is so nice. Breakfast and dinner buffet are the ultimate treat for you taste buds. So better to opt their buffet rather than other option. Ample amount of parking space

Worrrrrrsssssttttt experience... cleanliness- 0.5/5 washrooms stinks as hell. Food- 1/5 Rooms 1.5/5 Staff- 1/5 i stayed here for two days n due to the cleanliness issues like washrooms were like hell, uncomfortable mattress, untidy beds and room even... i have changed my room thrice in two days.. what could be worse than this.. housekeeping, hospitality, ambiance everything was zero.. unfortunately wasted my money and trip too spoiled my birthday too

Hotel Madhuban used to be the best in Dehradun at one time. Now it's infrastructure is aging and in competition with newer hotels it surely is falling behind

Ambiance: 2/5, Service: 0.5/5, Food: 3/5 Maintenance was in progress, and I will give them the benefit of the situation. But, way too overpriced given the service they offer and the spaciousness of the rooms and the bathrooms. I have stayed for almost three days, and as per my experience, it could have been better given the exorbitant pricing they are charging. The AC was not working properly, and the TV setup box malfunction persisted until my departure. The breakfast experience was woefully subpar, and the staff's reception and cooperation left something to be desired.

1. Good food - tasty and hot food is served. Few service providers were showing some tantrums and had some arguments with few other customers. 2. Good and prompt service - Staff is friendly and will answer all your queries with patience. Although you might have to ask for most of the small things like Toiletries, slippers. 3. View from imperial rooms is normal as you will see the raipur road in front and shops nearby. Location is very good and easy to reach however we could not found any good restaurants nearby. Most of famous tourist spots are accessible through personal car with proper parking space, so no need to hire taxis to travel within Dehradun. 4. Currently not suitable for kids as there is No kids area or Game room + only Free to Air channels available on TV (if whether is good) with only 1 or 2 for kids cartoon requirements. 5. Wifi is good throughout hotel but have to login back again and again. 6. Biggest upset was bathroom. The door didn't had locking system. Bath area is full glass and covered with curtains. No rods or hooks to hang any cloth, towel or for that matter even a hand towel.

I liked everything about this place except food. The staff are super courteous, prompt and responsive, rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped with all the toiletries etc. Well lit, nice broad window, have locker within the cupboard. However, the food is really disappointing, especially considering the star rating of the hotel. Looks yummy but is tasteless and stinks. Please look at the quality of the food you serve to your guests.
