Rooms are clean,but some rooms may need whitewashing. Staff are well behaved and cooperative. As far as service is concerned, food related service is fast.but room related service is slow. Wifi is pretty slow is most areas, may need additional modems. Food menu is full of variety and is well balanced, but Assamese thali can be included as well in the menu

Not at all clean...also there were previously used soaps and packets in the bathroom . They didn't even the change the bedsheets and it was full of dirt. Every time you order a food from the restaurant, they would keep you reminding of the money that you have to pay before you actually make the payment. The infrastructure is good but very poorly maintained. Also bathroom had many tiny cockroaches. Disappointed.

Rooms are bad hotel services are also bad the lock of the bathroom also broken we tell them to fix but they didnot fix it

Some rooms are damp. Need more lighting. TV sets are too small. Location- great.

veey good staff, they are very responsible and polite. each time i have visited i very with their behaviour. food is also good . good resturant. overall good. the owner should take care of keep updating their resturant and interior..

Over all so so property... Not maintained at all.. yesterday couldn't able to sleep due to bed bug .. by paying good price.. not getting decent sleep...

They served unhealthy foods... We r ordering chicken fried rice then u r very bad smell in the rice.....it is totally unhealthy
