towel not provided, cheap quality blanket provided not enough to overcome cold. wash basin was damaged. hotel staff are good.

Hotel Madhepura is good i visit some times hotel is very neat and clean and in hotel room are also good this hotel is situated near maa Durga mandir and grand Lucknow hotel hotel's people are also very nice . I think the price of living one day in this hotel is 500-1599 rupees . The dra baccha is that this hotel is situated in middle of market i think the hotel is in very noisy palace but if you in room there is no any noise coming .

check in was good .room was good .but staff behaviour not good. gyser in the room not working. no mat. overall an average stay.
