Nice hotel near to mandir good copratativ staff
Hotel is OK.
Rooms are quite small but location wise very close to Jalaram Bappa Mandir & Virpur Railway Station.
One can easily walk to Dharamshala for free food served by Trust.
However pocket friendly budget hotel. Owner is very supportive & Staff also helpful.
But requires major maintenance at my places.
There's other budget hotels in vicinity too.
The hotel is nearby to Jalaram Bapa Temple. But the hotel rooms are cozy and small. You'll have to take stairs to go to every floor as there is no elevator facility. Taking stairs with luggage is difficult. Service is good though. Location is good too.
Location is great..walking distance from Jalaram bapa temple, All staff members are very helpful..they treated us like family members. Special Thanks to hemant bhai (owner) for wonderful experience..we will surely visit again.
Good budget stay option very very close to the temple. Rooms were clean, hot water was available, towels provided etc. Parking is also available. Owner was also very polite. The only downside could be the size of the room, but it was just enough given the price. Recommended option if you want to stay near the temple.
Choosing this place was the worst decision. We went to this hotel in Feb'22 in a group of 14 people. The bedsheets were not clean and had oil stains on it in all the rooms. The taps were leaking. There were so many insects in one room due to which people in that room could not sleep. Plus the rooms are very congested. And the price was not less. The worst thing was the attitude of the owner - he was cursing us behind our backs to his staff. What a hopeless customer service and attitude. Never again. There are so many better places in Virpur to stay. We had to book in a hurry online else we wouldn't have chosen this place offline anytime.
PS: Unlike the hotel owner (Hemant Bhai) responded below, we have not received any refund. Zero refund. This is the attitude of the owner - worst service and trying to show that he has refunded 50%. wow...!!!!
Stay was excellent. Well behaved staff and the owner is very soft spoken and helpful. Will definitely stay here during my next visit and recommend
