I stayed at his hotel for 16 days. Rooms were okay and had problems with the bugs/croches but the staff is outstanding. they took care of me and my needs in no time. I felt so much like home where I did not have to worry about anything. They provided breakfast in the morning and when I was not able to go, someone called me to have it which was a plus for me. Location is excellent and everything is close by including tea stalls, restaurants, snack places etc. I would suggest if they can improve on croches a bit, they can bring in lot of customers. I would definitely go there again. Toilet smell near the temple downstairs and next to the counter can be avoided.

Location is prime, but no parking space. Half of the guests forced to find out parking on roads and other residents lanes. I Attended a function of one relative, banquet hall is average, food taste we all found below average.

Best food. Must visit this place with family and friends. Couple sitting arrangements is also available. Party or any celebration are also available in the Center of city. Biggest banquet hall in the area and special arrangements for the kitty parties

Along with banquet and rooms they provide amazing food.The Staff is very polite .I would highly recommend you to try blue lagoon Mocktail Strawberry martini Starter: paneer takatak Raja kabab Vegetable coin crispy paper Tal ki tikki Sabji: paneer tava Vegetable handi Haydrabadi biryani Dal tadka Dry fruit halwa Do Visit!!

Cleaning is a big problem,lots of cockroaches in room and canteen.Televsion not working . Though the hotel is located in good area could improve a lot

Room is okayish. Found some small cockroaches roaming around when i woke up in the night. I had a small budget, so, i had to accommodate.

It was a wonderful experience in staying in Maan Residency , a feel like a homely stay, where everything is nearby, you can reach to any place in just 15-20 min cover every corner of the city. Affordable price, friendly staff. Neat and clean atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone who want a homely stay in Ahmedabad.

Firstly, they provided us another room and not which was booked seeing the pictures. In addition, they charged an extra Rs 700 per day for shifting to the room booked originally. Secondly, the lift was in dilapidated condition, hardly 2 persons can fit and it stops at any point of time. Thirdly, the rooms and bathrooms were dirty and all taps were not working except the shower. The rooms had a weird smell and service was not at all good. Being located at a prime location, the status of this hotel seriously needs to be reviewed.
