I went to this Hotel with my Office teams, Very good premises with tempting food under the budget, We also saw the rooms, washrooms kitchen are very neat and clean, even MD of the Hotel use to visit the Kitchen for safety and taste inspections. Service staffs and parking people are truly humble and great. Thanks to Jagdamba people to make this place best@Bilaspur.
The Staff Members are very kind. - The overall services are good. - Taste is really very good. - Good hygiene maintenance in the kitchen. - Price is great and is affordable for anyone. - Setting of rooms and tables are really very nice and up to the mark. - Parking is available for four wheeler in the under ground floor.
A very luxurious hotel with attentive staff. The hotel manager Mr. Patel is very courteous. The food is good and the location of the hotel is very nice.
Worst service. Shower not working. Rooms were not cleaned before check in. Complimentary breakfast served only 1 item. No drinking water provided Shower wasn't working. The management gave water bottles but was asking money for same. Room wasn't clean. It was with cigarette smoke smell. Hairs were lying down . On notice they changed the room. Breakfast when asked for toast butter it was told bread is not available and the same was served in room service. Totally unprofessional. Just a new lodge. It can't be categorised as hotel

Best hotel in oyo room for chilling and partying with girls, but make sure to book the suite room it's worth the price.. the normal rooms are average and also smells really bad moreover it's the best oyo room in bsp for local public to chill and party. Local id and couples are allowed.
