Families are not preferable... it's near to railway station. Bachelor's it's good. Rooms is so small..No furniture is there to have a meals at room... No mat is provided at outside of the washroom.. taps are leaked..
Located close to secunderabad railway station (200m). Food options are immense outside but you can also order via hotel. The manager is cooperative. Rooms are clean, cool (even non-ac), and good value for money. You also get some toiletries and towel at the time of checking in. The caretaker boy can assist you with food and other utilities. Overall, great stay!

I have been to this hotel with my family for one day and below is my feedback about this hotel based on my experience,Pros- Location: It is just opposite to the Secundrabad railway station at a walking distance of 5 minutes.Cons- Rooms were very much congested. As an example, it had a cupboard, but double bed was situated in such a way that you won't be able to open the cupboard door completely.- Cleanliness: Rooms were not hygienic. We found few cockroaches in washroom and also outside the room just near the door. In addition to this, blanket was stinking.- Missing Amenities: Mineral Water, Sanitizers, Free Wi-Fi, Seating Area, Luggage Assistance, Lawn - These amenities are mentioned, but they were missing in the hotel.- Cost: After staying there, we found that it was very much costly as similar hotels were available in almost 40-50% low price near to this hotel.- Additional Points: When we checked in to the hotel, they gave us 2 bottles of mineral water, but we found that they were not new, they were using the used bottles and were giving it to the customers after refilling it. This is very serious issue in terms of hygiene.In addition, they were insisting a lot to book a cab from their known travel agent and we booked one for city tour, but we had very bad experience as taxi owner was asking for some additional money after completing the trip. So here my suggestion would be not to book any taxi from the hotel. Near to hotel, you will find so many other travel agents from where you can hire a cab / taxi at a cheaper rate.For sure, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I'll suggest looking out for some other options.
