Hotel MM is a restaurant we visit since my childhood, I don't even remember what age I first visited. I used to love the food & mocktails back then... But this time I felt lot of things have changed starting from the menu to service. I feel it was unsatisfactory - butter chicken was just waste to order, onions served was not washed. However, the starters will blow your mind and taste buds. Visitors will be more happy and satisfied if the service is enhanced, time of serving starters to main course has no time, both served together. The staffs should be little more polite & customer service oriented. As I written above, Hotel MM is an emotion. I will visit this place many more times as I visit Virar (moved out of virar, once in a year we visit Virar 'my hometown').
I have an emotional attachment to this place. This is a favourite place for me and my girlfriend (now wife) to hangout after office. It's a special place because this is where I proposed my wife and began our "happily ever after". Now coming to actual review. My friend once said (may be even jokingly) that MM is the best restaurant in Mumbai. And I would like to confirm it definitely deserves the title of "The Best". It has the best bombil fry I ever had (and that too available whole year round). I usually have following things: 1) Bombil Fry 2) Tangdi Kebab 3) Mutton Tawa Pulav 4) Neer Dosa with Dal Fry (Not usual but our fav). I don't think any restaurant has Neer Dosa done so good available here and with great pricing. The ambience may not be the best but good enough for me. I just hope that this place lives on for eternity. Maybe I'm being biased here but highly recommended place for sea food and alcohol.
Food is tasty, service is too fast but the sitting arrangement is too clumsy. Despite tasty food, one can not enjoy it due to unconfort sitting arrangement. No parking place. Visitors have to park their vehicles specially four wheeler far away from Hotel. Thought twice if you are riding a car to this hotel for dinner. If you are planning for a dinner in this hotel, reach between 7.30 pm and 7.45 pm, else you have to wait in lobby beteen two buildings atleast for an hour or so.

Pleasant atmosphere. The dishes are amazing over here. I highly recommend the sea food . It's just amazing. The service is quite good. The infra is comfy. It's a good place. Value for money. Extremely tranquil.
