Hello All Travel Lover One of the best hotel in Amritsar city, the best part of the hotel is their owner is very humble and cooperative towards customer, young and dynamic personality. Best part of the hotel is near by Golden Temple and every auto & rikshaw driver knows the hotel. Easily reachable. Parking is available. Rooms are good. Washroom and toilet is clean and healthy. Auto charges Rs. 50 to drop Golden Temple. Thanks for your support and love

Check in and check out procedures are quiet easy. Food served was tasty and adequate Budget hotel with pathetic rooms and toilets Foul smell in rooms They are switching off the AC controls in mid night and early morning, inspite if we booked AC rooms. Lot of mosquitoes in the room.

Please choose this hotel at Amritsar, IF YOU LIKE THE A/C OPERATED BY THE MANAGER, IF YOU DON'T WANT IT'S REMOTE CONTROL IN YOUR HAND, IF YOU LIKE THE A/C IS SWITCHED OFF AT THE MERCY OF THE MANAGER, IN THE NIGHT, IF YOU LIKE THE GEYSER PUT ON AND OFF, BY THE MANAGER. Very poor stay, very bad approach road, no parking for your car or hired cab. Please avoid.

Horrible services provided no hand wash soap shampoo in bathroom, towels are very dirty. I booked room with 1 exgra mattress for 3 people but dey didnt provide any mattress. Room lights are horrible too. Staff does not seem very interested in customers basically rude.

Very bad experience. The rooms seemed haunted, no cleaning at all and there's dust every where. They increased the price taking advantage of our situation. While giving similar rooms to other at much lower price. No room service available. The staff is always busy with something or the other and you will have to get even the water by yourself, no matter what floor you are at. Turned off AC in the middle (they have the control to AC).

Worst experience ever. This is not a hotel, this is kind of a dharamshala. They are just money seekers. I booked my room in the morning and I visited there around 11 pm. When i reached in the hotel then reception was fully crowded. After waiting for 15-20 minutes I finally checked-in. But when i saw a my room it was so smelly and ac was not working. There were no towels, soaps provided by the staff. I highly recommend to not stay in this hotel specially when you're with your family.
