Horrible experience. Please don't go by the fake pictures.Rooms are simply not upto the mark.Extremely unhygienic. Used bed linens welcome you with very poor washroom. They don't even have a fridge to store water bottle. You will be offered refilled water in the used pet bottles of some other customer.drop the idea of staying here.Very poor room service.

no windows, feels suffocation, pungent smell, crawling with cockroaches, lacks cleanliness, toilet/bathroom fittings in bad shape, staff dont bother to solve concerns/issues. The only positives are, cheaper price, good location strongly not recommended for families, good for naughty couples, who want to do their business and leave within an hour or 2.

It is evident that the hotel is brand new, as everything was in pristine condition. The modern design and luxurious amenities truly made me feel like I was in a five-star establishment. The attention to detail in the room decor, the comfortable furnishings, and the overall cleanliness exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible staff at Lux Inn. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I arrived at 7 am in the morning, even though the check-in time was at 11 am, but the hotel manager kindly assisted me. He allowed me to rest in my room until it became available, which was a gesture that I genuinely appreciated after a long journey. Their professionalism and willingness to accommodate my needs made me feel valued as a guest. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently displayed a genuine concern for my satisfaction. They were always available to provide recommendations, answer any questions, and address any concerns I had. Their warm and supportive nature made me feel like I was part of a welcoming community, and I truly felt taken care of. In conclusion, I highly recommend Hotel Lux Inn to anyone seeking an outstanding hotel experience. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, offering a fresh and modern ambiance. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness add a touch of warmth and hospitality that elevate the overall experience. My time at Lux Inn was nothing short of excellent, and I cannot wait to return for another stay in the future.

Everything is perfect and the staff specially jb patel(Receptionist)bhai and his colleagues are very friendly. They specifically arranged a room for me and the facility is also very good like fast wifi connectivity,clean room.

A good place to live in, we lived for 6 nights and 7 days. The staff was very friendly and respectfull. Everything was maintain in the room. And service was good.

Having a Great & Pleasant stay at Hotel Lux Inn! It is well furnished and situated in one of the Prime Locations adding to it's Grace!! A perfect choice to stay in... Bahut Badhiya!!!

Worst hotel, I'd give 0star if possible. Firstly toilet flush did not work. Shower had no pressure and would come out of half a head, and when we complained they said it's because there's no pressure on 3rd floor. Which is ridiculous. Also they did not honour the checkout time on my booking which clearly stated 11am and they tried making me checkout at 10am. We literally moved hotel half way through the night as it was that bad.

Disgusting, no proper management, look like cheap people running cheap place, for family never do mistake to stay like this places. 0 rating from my side.
