I was travelling to Jammu with my family from gurgaon. So for rest we saw this hotel on highway... The hotel manager was fighting with guests during their checkout... He was using foul language... Overall I found this place shabby. Being a lady and mother of a daughter i strongly Won't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Stayed there last week.. It was a amazing experience. Reached there around 2 am at the property by booking online. I was welcomed by staff on arrival, provided with food despite late night request.
Staff was very polite and cooperative.
It's totally a value for money... Totally recommended for budget stays.
