Very bad experience, management and service both are bad , no water in washrooms, smelly rooms , not even one star .
It was just ok to stay but cost is so expensive and heeter is not working and if we say to them they will on and off after awhile, they don't provide water service, telecom service and overall it's ok
I stayed here on Feb 14th. Very worst loadge ever I stayed. Poor maintenance. Bad smell spread fully in the room. Particularly room no 102 water heater not working condition. Even they are not provide a drinking water.
If you stay here forget about the service Bad smelly rooms They will try to pull money from you in the name of service Absolutely no privacy. Not suitable for couples. You can here clearly the sound from the next room. You will get hot water only for 2 hours in the morning Broken toilet doors Don't pay more than 1000 rs as it is not worth more than that
One star is minimum else they deserve less then that. Just checked out from the hotel and the experience was very bad. Due to govt regulation many hotels are closed, by taking advantage of this, the hotel charges much more. For a std room they charged me rs 3500/- that too without bill and no where they mentioned the price. Now come to room, it was very congested and not cleaned. Washroom having foul smell. The water is not clean. (Brownish in color). Couple of times I told them that gycer is not working, we are not getting hot water but no action taken except asking to wait for 20 mins, you ll get hot water. They did not proving bathing towel, upon asking I was told side shop is selling towel for rs 30/-, purchase from there. We agree that check out time is 9AM but is stopping water supply just after 9 AM. But this hotel stopped water supply that too without informing us. The person came at sharp 9 AM and asked to vacate the room. Cost is way too high compared to room and there is no service at all. Such a pathetic and horrible experience. Better to refrain from this hotel.
Worst maintenance. All ways doing some repair works with huge sounds. Teliphone is not working. Voltage is fluctuating. I strongly suggest not to stay in this.
Good place to stay . Get the checkout time in written otherwise the management may ask you to vacant ahead of the checkout time if there is any guest waiting.

This is the place to be if you want to feel revitalised. Not only me; my entire family visited the spa. It's a truly wonderful experience. They are incredibly cordial. Everyone who received a massage felt the same way, which is incredibly relaxing. N
Great place to stay, was with my family for my father's birthday. Wonderful hospitality by the owners and staff. Clean large bedrooms and view from the garden is a must. Glad we booked this stay as it was very close to the town yet secluded. Must try
