Services not up to the mark. Food is good.
Pretty much near to perfect stay experience in hotel lovely palace. Staff are all very good in behaviour. Hotel room was very clean and very generously sized. Overall hotel ambience is very classy. We ordered veg sizzler which to my surprise came with pineapple too and it was delicious. Privacy, Staff behaviour and very comfortable bed. Also presence of bathrub is what makes the stay at this hotel best.
No hot water, no remote for AC, no clean pillows, no bed lamp, no mini bar, shower pathetic spraying jets at different directions, ALL OF THIS IN SUITE ROOM, Also laid back and impolite staff. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. but food is good
STAY AWAY. Old, poorly maintained place. Dirty floors, walls, broken window bringing in mosquitoes, noise and dust. Odd window in bathroom compromising privacy, dead lights, no utensils or basic amenities, drinking water.. this is the story of the suit room. The food bill was almost as much as rent! The food was tasty though and service staff were nice. The receptionist/manager was not wearing mask when the city was at the top for new infections.
it was nice stay here again. I'm very much happy to see the front desk ,neat & clean, big specious room, the good kitchen to enjoy the food, you can enjoy your habitual food like dal, rice, chapati as well as other veg, non veg cusins are available. superb experience, I want give one suggestion that please change the menu card which is there in the room and add breakfast menu or details in that. thank you.

Just loved Hotel lovely palace it's just an amazing place for stay and one of the best hotel in bhilai city. Room service is best in Bhilai. Rooms are very neat and clean and also organised. In a room there is a LCD television, and a best quality Air conditioner with best room service. Everything was good and I had a very pleasant stay. The food was also very delicious but instead of those food with intergalactic names I would prefer to eat homely food which is not available in any hotels I've been to. Although I'm still looking for such a hotel. And expect this hotel to do the same.
