The hospitality of hotel is so bad we book this hotel through cleartrip and at the last moment hotel cancelled our booking making silly excuses and give the same room at the double cost ...moreover lift was not working and we have to go by stairs to 3rd floor with our child...so frustating . There was no towel in the washroom and no milk option for kid also we had yo arrange milk from outside.electric kettle was also burnt from inside so overall not satisfied with hotel service.
Decent Hotel but in terms of facilities/ service I would say they have to work hard as we visited during Winters and there was no geyser and we had to wait for the main switch to turn in on from the master switch. Aside the room sizes were comparatively small.
Pathetic room service.

Service boy not responding to calls and complaints...
Please avoid going to this place.

I have experience the worst things in this hotel ,No hot water ,No proper food ,AC not working ,No proper maintenance,staff not at all cooperative...
Hotel is situated at prime Location and Rooms and Services is also good...
Rooms don't have ventilation. We had to request for changing room.

There are number of issues in the hotel.
AC of the room was not at all working properly.as I visited during the month of June it took the ac nearly an hour to normalize the room temperature.
They offered a complementary 1lt water bottle of which the seal was broken.
TV was not in working condition
Cleanliness of the rooms were below average.
Attendants were Very slow,they don't even give ear to what you say
Finally asked to change the room,the guy at reception clearly refused to do so.
SOME Rating agency has rated it as as 3 star hotel .I don't know who the person is and how the hotel gets such rating

We had a great stay at Sunita homestay. The room was big, simple, comfortable and very clean. We had a balcony and from there you can see the Taj Mahal. We had breakfast and dinner and it was fantastic. The best Paratha we had so far.
