This hotel was no more named as Hotel Lotus park , named has been changed due to change in Management . Rooms are not so great and are in Ok Ok kind , best suitable for Budget stays , Taste of food was good and quantity was also good , cost wise also nominal not so higher when compared to the taste of the food .
I particularly have a horrible experience with the Lotus Park hotel and their Staff. We were demanded extra payment, which made zero sense and he couldn't even give us a policy one which he was asking for the extra amount, even after booking the room for two full days. PATHETIC service and hospitality by the staff here, Mr. Venkat the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional! And he has challenged me to write a review. The geyser doesn't work, the shower doesn't work, the pillows are dirty and have no covers, the room reeks of cigarettes(although they say non smoking zone), TV doesn't work, lights are flickering and he has zero accountability for any of it and when asked about all these he has no answer.
The food was good quality in taste. We ordered bucket biryani, it had chicken fry, mutton, apollo fish & prawns and also we ordered chicken dragon soup and hot&sour soup. We Really enjoyed the food.
Initially I booked this hotel for one night stay for my family but after seeing all the reviews in Google, I cancel this hotel but anyway I have seen the hotel from the outside while crossing in that wrote the hotel looks very good from outside. I have no idea about the inside and the staff behaviour there. But as per my understanding through the Google reviews, they won't accept the online booking De Layi then his state to take the bookings from online.
Nice stay and friendly staff If I order something they will collect the bill immediately, I have ordered 5 times and every time they want me to pay the bill immediately Which I didn't experience anywhere else, I don't know why, every hotel collects at the time of check out, and that should be implemented here too thanks

Stayed here for about 8 days. Rooms are well maintained and peaceful surroundings. Didn't regret of stay. Those who are looking for a hotel in kakinada can give a try.
