Rooms were too small to be called a deluxe room. Bathroom was very small. I don't think it was a deluxe room as I booked through third party. They gave only one water bottle for two people in a room. There is no restaurant at the hotel so do not book room with breakfast. Did not interacted with staff that much so can't comment on that. Only great thing is it's location but I think with this type of room you can get better in the location at this price. I would recommend this only for location and availability of nice restaurants within 50-100 metres.. Otherwise room wise and service wise i really won't recommend it.

Faced a very poor experience with this hotel. Very bad quality in room. Even the wash room were too bad. The pricing was also high. I paid 3000 for the stay and from my travel experince 1500 room will be much more worth than this. And the morning complimentary breakfast was limited. In single word for the amount which i paid is not worth.

Horrible experience. The room pics sent and the actual room given were entirely different. Toilet commode was dangerously unclean. Complained to the staff and vacated. Full payment done...no refund not even a bill given. Still waiting for the bill. Expensive (Rs 3900/- per night) for a small room. Giving one star as there isn't a provision for 0 star.

Very obedient & courteous staff. Rooms were neat & clean very well maintained. Service was quick. Would recommend this hotel to

Rooms were okay to stay. Ac was not working, we have to call them couple of times to fix the ac. Bathroom flush was not working, after complaining several time also they were unable to fix. Fan speed control is from universal remote for which we have to call for room service to change the speed every time.

The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the temple and to the railway station. That was very convenient. However, even though the room had basic facilities, it was quite small and had no windows. The washroom was fine but there were problems. Overall, I think this hotel is overpriced for its amenities.

I had stayed for one day in Room # 111 from 8th July to 9th July. The Bath Room was very small and the size of the Bath Room is hardly 20sft I felt very uncomfortable when i used the western toilet and hardly no space to keep my leg in right position and also taking shower. The wash basin kept near the Bed which is not the right place. Normally wash basin will be inside the bath room. The dust bin kept near Bed was very dirty and not cleaned. No windows in the Room which creates suffocation and also safety.

Rooms and Location was good and comfortable but The team is not at all supportive. I have requested for early checkin while booking hotel. thay have the vacant room but they didnt think about us for early checkin. Giving key to other people for inspot booking. We waited around 3.5 hrs on Reception area for checkin ( 12:00 PM)
