Hotel Lotus Green Park Benz Circle ..VIJAYAWADA - Hotel in Vijayawada - Krishna, India

The location of the hotel is very close to benz circle. But the rooms and bathrooms are not very well maintained. The rooms are okay...not good but also not very bad. The management need to take cleaning rooms and bathrooms bit more seriously.

Worst experience. Dirty rooms, poor service, food is not available in hotel. Termites are moving on bed.

Nice and ideal location for purchasers as the main market is just few steps away. Very clean rooms and very clean bed sheets, furniture and well maintained lobby. Tea ad breakfast was average however the staff was very good and friendly. Rates were very budgeted so my pockets dint got a dent. Nice hotel in the main market area.

Very poor and dirty. Not at all worth. It was outright cheating. This is further to the response by the owner to my review below. This is with reference to your reply to my review on Google on 27/08/18 evening regarding our stay at Hotel Lotus Green Park from 25/08/18 night to 26/08/18 night. I would like to inform the following facts on the subject matter. You have mentioned that there were some damages to the mattress and pillows. We had stayed from 25/08/18 night to 26/08/18 night and checked out on 26/08/18 night. Your person in the reception counter had checked the room and once it was found ok by him, we had settled the payment of Rs 2950 and the receipt was given on 26/08/18 night. Then where is the issue of damages when your person found everything in order , accepted the payment and issued receipt on 26/08/18 night. From the above sequence of events and statement of facts, it is very much evident that you are raising allegations just to cover up the shortcomings in the hotel and heaping lies on us. As a matter of fact, after our very bad experience in the Hotel, we had given a genuine feedback in the site and that too after informing in person who was in the reception on 26/08/18 morning who didn't disclose his identity and later came to know from the staff at the Hotel that he is the owner of the Hotel. We had given this genuine feedback in the site, as we didn't get the value for our money and we didn't want other customers to suffer and go through the bad experience we had gone through. You are trying to take the customers for a ride. I am sure the hotel is there to serve the customers and give value /service to the customers for the payment made by them. Your behavior is totally against the hospitality industry guidelines , the consumer rights and it is highly unethical.

Hotel is good. Room service is good. Strategic location. Safe parking is there. Tariff is slightly high for the facilities. Anyway you can go for it....Yes I recommend it for accomodation seekers in Vijayawada.

Avoid this place if possible. 1 star is given because this place is near Benz Circle. Washrooms are not clean. Bedsheets are not fresh. There are roaches and many insects every where. Staff speaks quite softly with only intention to subterfuge. Avoid this place

Good hotel near Benz Circle, Vijayawada. Rooms are well maintained,though the room we were given is bit small. Coffee was good and surprisingly the quantity was very big. Staff were good and attentive.

Rooms are ok with nice view in few rooms..not maintained properly ...complimentary breakfast is one item parcelled from nearby hotel..earlier it used to serve food cooked in its own kitchen..parking is ok..tariffs are bit higher..rooms are full during weekends n festivals..book well in advance..
