We went to this hotel "lonavala" and booked a suite room which says it has a bathtub but was very small . Also the handle of bathroom door was broken and had lot of cockroaches . Although it is budget friendly but was not clean . The restaurant which was on the 2nd floor served nice tasty food but avoid staying here.
Worst experience ever. When we arrived there we were made to sit in the bar section, but as people were smoking over there we were not comfortable so we wanted to sit in the family section but we were straight forward denied to sit. We dont drink or smoke just went their to have lunch but were insulted and were asked to sit in a hotel room to have lunch. So disrespectful to the customers we were embarrassed
We visited hotel lonavla on 15.08.2023. Very much inside the market so reaching is easy but,
-Very small parking space
-Smelly rooms.
-Only poha available in complimentary breakfast.
-Outside noise disturbs at night.
-Plenty of bedbugs.
-Big swimming pool shown online, but actually not there.
-One of our rooms had transparent bathroom door. Hotel did not change the room on our request even when there were many empty rooms.

The worst hotel you can ever go to. The manager first asked us to have a look at the room then when we said him that the price differes online and the room which we saw is available online he quickly changed the availability to not available in front of us!! We were very tired and he wanted to take advantage of the situation. We simply left.

Dont go there..the receptionist man is very rude.they behave like they have no need for customer.very arrogant old man. Charged very high and give small room with knowing that 4 guest booking had there..dont think about to stay there..total waste of money.

Hi I stayed there for 2 days with family I really enjoyed my stay , room are okay , but the service is up to the mark from watchman to the reception guy their housekeeping everybody was very co operative. Even the watchman there cleans all guest cars
