Do not believe the 4+ star ratings here, it is rated self by the hoteliers when you check out the rooms,they demand you to rate 5star,else behave in a rude way. Rooms are very small, no complimentry water bottle. pathetic maintenance.crooked bathrooms.

I had a good experience staying here. I cannot say it as excellent due to few other reasons. The service is quick, the receptionists are quite friendly. This place is very nearer to the International Airport. The cons are the rooms are very congested, no proper ventilation as there are no windows to the rooms. There is AC problem with all the rooms. The temperature drops to very cold and you can neither change it nor OFF the AC. The system is messed up. The cafeteria is not developed, they have a simple menu for breakfast.

Luxurious place. Neat, tidy and soothing ambience for this budget. Friendly staff, both juniors and seniors. However wish the complimentary breakfast provided had much more items, though what provided are tasty and healthy. The rooms are spacious with cool amenities including a little fridge, kettle with tea, sugar, wide-screen lcd screen, huge cabinet etc but the bathroom is pretty small. But even there within, there is a separate glass door partition making it a cubicle inside of which u can shower royally. Yes with a view from the room :) if you need it that way. So the glass gets misty with the spray and all that. Great idea if you are on honeymoon or have company whatever. Highly recommend, every time. No this is not a paid review or so. Just put in my thoughts after my stay there. Thanks.

Small but we'll kept neat rooms with clean bed sheets and comfy pillows, decent lobby, well mannered floor servers, well prepared food on order in room service. Liked it. Good for a business traveller.

I would have given it a 5 but when I had the breakfast I changed my mind. The breakfast was good but the only thing I didn't like is the place they served the breakfast. It was burning hot there. Apart from this the overall experience was great. Nice room, very clean. Smaller but very tidy bathroom.

1) Good Check-in experience - Within 10mins. 2) Staff is very quick and responsive to room service.. 1 call and guy would be at your door in less then 5 minutes. 3) Locality - Roadside Hotel, so you don't feel unsafe and all as it in not in any scary dark place. 4) Hotel rooms are clean and has refrigerators..... but small in space... The room i got didn't had windows... So i did not knew whats happening in outside world. 5) Hotel food i haven't tasted as we ordered from Swiggy & Zomato and hotels opposite also have good food. 6) Overall Fab place to stay with your friends and family if you are okay with small cozy rooms...

We have received the best service in hotel fab international. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and manager. The staff was extremely friendly. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

It was one of the cleanest and nicest budget hotels we have stayed in while in India. The rooms are small but ok for overnight stays. The staff were the best ever and very accommodating. For breakfast they went out of their way to get us an omelet and toast which wasn't part of the buffet. We have stayed here twice now and will come back if in Mumbai.
