Behaviour of the staff are very rude, they need to change their behaviour. Old model rooms and toilet. According to the price the quality is so so. Food quality is very mediocre. Most of the food items written in the menu book were not available. Very ordinary hotel.
Please tell the person who recieve call for taking order to behave properly to customer as we are calling to order food not to hear there wrong behaviour just happened to me at 8.19 on 19 nov 2024

Staff behaviour is very very bad they talk very rudely The management should look after it i called them for cancelling my food and they gave me slang and cut the phone .. can't tolerate
Rooms are ordinary. But ok at the price point of view.
Food quality is good, tasty, delicious. Rooms are not as good as their rent. Old fashioned toilet in single beded room, though it contains geyser. Old modelled AC. Service is good, behaviour of staff is also ok. Railway station is nearby. So accessibility is good.
