I regularly visit this hotel for my official purpose. Staff behaviour are good. Rooms are spacious but most of the rooms wardrobe are broken and very dirty. Sometime faced water supply problem and lift problem. I just stayed there for their staff behaviour.
Really a 3rd class hotel.. rooms were very good but not maintained... the staff (apart from front desk manager) were hopeless... dont have basis knowledge to provide service to customers. The dirty we cant imagine when we pay Appx 2500 -3000 per room...
THE LOCATION IS GREAT. BUT THE FOODS.. SERVICES and the amenities provided are not useful as it should be. Because most their services staffs are not handling them well. So many of the amenities are either damaged or non functioning.
Very Bad service. Frequent power cuts with no generator backup. Rooms were in 4th, 5th and 6th Floor, and the elevator was non-functional at most times. Lacks professionalism.
Good hotel to stay in Lakhimpur, situated in the heart of the city. Very spacious rooms at reasonable rates. The food in the dinner were good. Hotel management should give more importance to maintaining the rooms. Rooms could have been cleaner. Cash/card/UPI payment available. Parking is spacious also. Though I arrived late, I had a warm welcome. Complementary breakfast was also good

My review is solely based on the restaurant as I am a local and didn't stay at the hotel. The pictures uploaded along this review post are 2 years old whereas the review I'm writing is based on my experience recently. The quality of food has taken a serious hit and I'm very disappointed because I have been frequenting the restaurant for a couple of years now so I have a reference point to compare things. Almost all the restaurants in North Lakhimpur had serious problems with the quality of food served during the first few months after lockdown ended but most of these establishments have bounced back and how. The same, however, cannot be said about Living Hub. Immediate steps and measures need to be taken otherwise the people who frequent the restaurant will surely give up on it.
It is the best property among all hotels in NorthLakhimpur. Best location for all shopping malls, places and restaurants. Rooms are very clean.
