Rooms are good,but some rooms AC are not good water licage issue, , gizar are not working some rooms, not all rooms. But service, before June or July are good,but not now, before I loved lilac.. now also ,but some changes are not good for m, Bike parking Area too long, nice. All over good, charges is good absolutely good. If u want to go then go ..

DO NOT STAY here if you value your hard earned money and cherish your self-respect. My experience here was totally different form other "5 star" reviews. 1. They promise attached bathrooms, but will not give you one if go through booking sites like Agoda, GoIbibo etc. 2. Their staff is pathetic, will not cater to any requests 3. Those praising the gym facility forgot to mention the loud noise of weights being dropped that causes major inconvenience to guests esp at the 3rd floor. 4. Poor location has been highlighted. 5. They boast to have netflix etc - which are white lies, I was told to watch everything on youtube 6. They have very poor wifi - general web browsing was difficult, let alone watching HD content 7. The owner is sweet taking, opportunistic businessman who will judge you by the amount you paid for the rooms, if one gets a deal on booking sites they will either give you bad rooms & service or will deny check-in. I had a long discussion with him regarding the same and all I could infer is that when they get higher prices through such sites they are fine with it, but when they get 700-800 wala bookings they have a problem with it. The owner even said that those booking at low prices "dare to expect good service and smooth stay". This highlights his low mentality and pure profit oriented outlook. If the owner is reading this, kindly delist your property bro. Or do not open it for booking, treating customers as beggars is not the correct way especially when you in the hospitality business.

I stayed on 25th Aug 23. This is a lodge with pvt room. Before check-in please ensure to carry tooth brush and soap because this hotel cum lodge will not provide u anything. Service is pathetic. Please check your bills before check out. Suggestion - Please try to avoid this hotel. Two star only for clean room and parking.

One of the Worst Hotel I've ever lived in my entire life poor service, poor bedrooms, poor staff members, and the room is full of mosquitoes non hygienic rooms Kindly request to everyone to never ever books rooms in this hotel

Don't go. Worst hotel ever stayed at. Location is bad, rooms were smelly, linen was absent and staff did not bother to reply to our asks. We somehow spent a few hours and rushed out at first light.

I recently stayed at Hotel Lilac Door for one day and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff member who assisted me was friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service I received. The hotel staff were always willing to assist me with any questions or concerns I had, and they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Lilac Door to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Patna.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days in the month of May. It should definitely not be called a hotel. Housekeeping was non existent and they made us wait for as long as an hour for a bottle of water. There were a grand total of 3 staff including kitchen and even they were sometimes hard to find. The location is situated far inside from main road.

It was a nice experience to stay at Lilac Hotel, staff were cooperative, room was clean, location is also ok. I wish them all the best for future.
