The worst stay ever! The price is too much and the service we get third class. On the first day itself no water on bathroom and we asked for extension for half an hour , they responded we have to vacate immediately, what kind of hotel is this? Poor behaviour from staff, absolutely pathetic. Even the taj or 5 star hotels will extend the checkout . Worst hotel stay ever in Trivandrum!

I recently visited Hotel Libra with high hopes of having a pleasant evening at their bar. However, my experience was marred by an unfortunate incident that left me disappointed. My friends and I arrived at the bar around 10:20 PM, excited to spend some quality time together. To our surprise, at 10:30 PM, the staff began rushing to close the bar prematurely, even though their stated closing time is 11 PM. This abrupt closure left us feeling unwelcome and inconvenienced. While I understand that businesses have their operational requirements, adhering to their posted closing time is essential in providing a satisfactory customer experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Hotel Libra's bar. As patrons, we had looked forward to enjoying a relaxing evening in the cozy ambiance of the bar, but our plans were cut short without any explanation or apology from the staff. It left us feeling disheartened and somewhat neglected as customers. I believe that maintaining consistency with their opening and closing hours is crucial for any establishment. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback to Hotel Libra, encouraging them to improve their time management and customer service. In conclusion, my experience at Hotel Libra's bar was less than satisfactory due to the early closure. As a result, I cannot fully recommend this place to others who might be seeking a reliable spot for a late-night gathering.

A pool and natural bar combination can offer a serene and refreshing atmosphere. When reviewing such a space, consider factors like the pool's cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, the quality of the natural bar offerings (fresh juices, organic snacks), and the overall ambiance.

I went there only once but the experience was below average. Food quality was poor and some of us faced health issues Most of the beverages mentioned in the menu was unavailable. Service was ok.

Had one of the worst experience today. One of the waiter was being too amiable and later it lead to a tad assault situation. When we asked for a bottle of water and he brought us tap water, in addition to that my friend ordered whiskey & the same waiter served him with the cheapest one.He was like maintaining too much body contact and using names. Moreover he tried to pull out a ploy by giving us different bills.

Worst response and hospitality from staff,ordered food but it did not get order even after 1 hour and after calling reception they disconnect my call and after calling them multiple times the response from them was we did not receive ur order plz reorder ur food..worst management of staff..plz dont opt this hotel atleast after seeing my review.

Worst experience.please don't expect any hospitality the staffs were treating us to leave the place kind of attitude.this is something which writing to the owner if you would like to keep some ethics in your business these types of staffs are like robbers.we were 7 friends and we choose this place for a get together and we were treated like we are not going to pay.servers were touching us during the service and mentioning us in a disrespectful way we have ordered expensive items from the menu and payed from out card we were supposed to pay our bill thrice because of the staffs fault they have brought us bill three times! Moreover i feel they were doing scam .at the end i gave the seever a 100 rs and asked him to guve a bottle of water he took it as his tip and gave us a glass of tap water and it was full of chlorine taste ! We ordered a beef as starter and it was tasteless and not cooked well! When i asked for the manager the server brought the cashier in casuals and was trying to make fool out of us.its not at all a good place to hangout rather choose rubyarena!!

I visited the roof top restaurant. The ambience and food was good. But the service was bad. The waiter was very slow in bringing orders. And was confused on orders taken during billing. No proper procedure for taking orders.
