Absolutely horrendous. The room was so dirty, there was fungus all over the walls, the fan wasnt working properly and the room was too small for 2 people. The service was bad too, they didn't provide us with an extra bedsheet or a blanket. Don't recommend

Just one word for this place - PATHETIC! Horribly maintained rooms! We were a group of 11 people altogether, and were very particular about the availability of hot water services in the bathrooms which they said it was available after 8pm. To our surprise there was no water water available for the entire stay and because we insisted, they provided us with two small water heaters for 11 of us. There was a small fridge in one of the rooms and while we opened, we found a half empty bottle of Pepsi and the fridge was black with mould and stinking, the same room kept stinking during the entire stay, the pillows, pillow cases bedsheets, matresses also had a very bad odour and were very dirty, looked like they never put any of it to wash. The lights in the rooms weren't working, the rooms looked ancient, untouched and uncleaned with cobwebs and lizards all over the place. We REGRETTED our stay here. Overall the rooms are very unhygienic and overpriced for the services provided, PLEASE AVOID STAYING HERE, ITS NOT WORTH A PENNY

No service in the hotels. No soap shampoo towels, toilet seat was missing, couldn't flush. Clustered and unventilated rooms.

I will give only one star, please do not go there it is not worth the receptionist was very rude, and even the manager was Sam I don't know wat kind of hospitality was that as if we cam to staying for free.... Please do not go until you don't have any place to stay

WORST HOTEL .If i could say it one sentence - PLEASE AVOID STAYING HERE! Very pathetic rooms. The room had a fridge, which was so dirty, and not working, the fridge had some old bottle of Pepsi and when we opened the fridge it was stinking and had black dirt all over! The room itself was stinking, when we entered the room, the floors were so dirty, the room wasn't cleaned at all. The beds were stinking and the bedsheets were all stained and very unclean. The room smelled of something rotten! Major turn off is that there was No daily room cleaning service. All the more no hot water was provided at all! When asked about hot water they said it would come between 8am to 1pm but when we checked there was no hot water at all ! And after insisting, they provided us just one water heater coil for 11 people! There was black bedsheet in one room! The flushes in the toilets were not working! All the more there were no buckets and dust bins, we had to ask them for it! The bathrooms were so dirty and unclean, the toilets were so dirty. The hospital staff were sweet, other than that nothing good to talk about this place. PLEASE AVOID STAYING HERE

Dear all, I stayed from 22nd Jan 2015-25th Jan 2015. I cannot believe why IOB has chosen such a worst place as their guest house. The only problem for us was we were unable to plan for any other place to stay as IOB had only this hotel available during our journey. The outside view of the hotel looks nice but once you step into the room nightmare starts. First they have a very funny & nonsense check in time at 8 am & Checkout at 9 am. We landed there at 3.30pm. It meant that we had to book for 4 days instead of the 3 days. Initially it looked nice & we were welcomed by a nice receptionist who asked to go for the evening Cruise & booked 2 seats for us to leave by 6. So we left immediately finished our late lunch & started from the room. The moment we came back to the room by 10 pm all we could see was cockroaches small size to medium size. The worst part was the A/C was dripping water & couple of cockroaches fell from them. Immediately we asked the roomboy Amit (the saviour of the hotel) to come. He went bought a big can of HIT & sprayed throughout. The next morning we informed the receptionist about the problem & she said she would give another room once we are back. My wife gave the room key for room service & we went for breakfast as we had a south goa tour planned recommended & booked by the same receptionist. When we came back the receptionist said she had shifted our room. We were shocked. They had shifted everything from that room without even showing us another room or asking us permission to touch our clothes. It felt very rude & definitely beyond words. In the evening after we came back this room was no better than the old one. Same cockroach story here too. Again Amit came to our rescue bringing in HIT can. On 24th afternoon when we came to our room which is diagonally opposite to the lobby in the 2nd floor we could see a bunch of youngsters spreading their bags, blankets & drinking. They stayed inside the lobby till 25th morning. THE ONLY SAVING

Rooms were very Unhygienic and in bad shape, but staff and location was good

It Was the Worst Hotel I have Seen and The Service Is Also not That Good.It has No Complimentary Breakfast and No facilities available. It Has No towels,Soaps and Shampoos. Verdict : It Is Best For IFFI Guys. That's It
