Hopeless hotel to be honest! The rooms are very small no attached bathrooms. We had booked a room in this hotel . Morning we did the booking for a room with attached bathroom the owner said yes it's available but when we reached there he is saying it is not available!... The bedsheets are also not clean. Better than this is New Metro Guest House! Which is nearby only! Much Better than the hotel Liberty!
"FRAUDSTERS/SCAMSTERS IN THE HOUSE" "DON'T CALL OR PAY ON ANY CONTACT NUMBER FOR ROOM BOOKING, SPECIALLY THE ONE WRITTEN IN THEIR PICTURE" . . . Me and my friend's were looking for a hotel nearby Churchgate station and we found this quite decent hotel for 1 night stay. The guy who was on call asked us to pay an advance amount for room booking. The guy even shared us the QR code on WhatsApp and we paid an amount of 500/- Rs. Later the guy started asking us to pay full amount and only then our room will be booked. And now the guy on the other side is not returning our amount and is abusing on call and texts.
Not good room and families cannot stay. Bcz room is very small and not clean also the bed sheets are not cleaned and not attached bathroom. This room is not like a store room. And room expense is very high with this room. My room rate is 250only . And the hotel location is in dirty area night time we are not secured . So if you want this room you please check the place and room then after check in. And one manager is very good and nice night manager is very rude and not helping he is fully barganing . I don't like

Fraud hotel so its a suggestion do not book this hotel neither online nor offline its a scam which has been done with us they received money online Rs 6000 for booking but after we reached for check-ins they informed there is no booking has been done by us please be alert by all this scammers worst hotel ever seen in my life

Early check out, noises, they do not accept to keep the ludgage, smallest rooms I ever saw in my life etc.
I booked it from e booking but when I reached that place I don't get the thing whatever describe in booking site. There is no safety here for girls and rooms are very conjusted and very dirty. No separate late&bath rooms there i.e common bathroom and therefore it is very messy,dirty and smell very bad...... Mosquito are there .... If you want comparmise this all things with price than you can go there but never booked it from any e booking site bcz they charged with there percentage and you may pay more for this type of facility. Go and direct book the hotel with very low price and adjust with all facility.
