Good room service. Toilet expected to be bit more cleaner. Old A/C..... Temperature not adjustable. Price affordable and justified. Restaurant food is not that good. High price but no taste

Stay experience was good. Hotel Li-N-Ja is good.Restaurant also serves quality food. Location is also very near to market place. Parking space is there inside the hotel. But aproach road from highway is very congested, driving to the hotel is very tricky.

My first hotel stay in life started with hotel linja. This time o found shabby rooms without any maintenance. The most appalling thing is that the front office person as well as the boys carries superb attitude. As if they are doing favour to me by allowing to stay here that too with full payment. This hotel is charging gst for sub Rs900 rooms too.

In my POV, it's a very good hotel to stay. I found it very neat and clean. Services provided was mostly quite promptly. Location is a bit outskirts but for me that was a good thing away from the hustle bustle of the city. The most important factor is the car parking provided by them which was very important to me.

Overall it's average. Amenities including the home n building is way older. Looks like 30-40 yrs old. Roof, door, walls wallpapers n all started to crumbled down,though rooms have all the standard amenities like bed, tv, sofa, table etc, all are very old. For example they have that dabba wala boxy old age TV. I got this non AC room for 900/-. WORST part was, I found one full mature sized bed bug on my bed, on complaining they got me shifted to another room though. BEST part is, ordered a coffee, just loved that. It was very good. And the matress was of really good standard n cozy. n lastly Staffs n treatment is decent enough. No complaint here. If you are looking for hygiene n decent standard, it's not a good option. Otherwise take your call on my overall experience shared. Its in great location. If you need a stay on adhoc basis nearby its location n don't have much option or budget constraints, can consider this. Hope this unbiased review helps.

I took a deluxe room, the room was okay but could be improved on few things. The walpaper in the room was torn at many places. The cleanliness can be improved for the room as well as the bathroom. The toilet jet spray was not working, also the shower. The restaurant food (only vegetarian) was too good though.

Good budget friendly hotel with good veg food

There is a vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor which is decent. The market and bus stand are at close distance. Booked 2 rooms. We reached 2 hours before the check-in time and asked for 1 room to get fresh but they refused to give that, had to take another room at a nearby hotel for 2 hours. Rooms in this hotel were very dirty. Even the bedsheets, blankets & towels weren't clean. Flush in one toilet wasn't working, we reported this issue but they didn't do anything. Difficult to sleep at night since there are many mosquitoes. When we went out for sightseeing they cleaned the room and removed the chairs. Would suggest taking better hotels nearby.
