The location was very good. Just 15 minutes to 30 minutes walk to many ashrams and ghats. The room was large and the bed very comfortable, the room temperature and fan good, and bathroom worked well. The first and third day front desk help was great, and 2nd day not so much. The floor in the room was clean but had ground-in dirt in the corners, but I spoke to staff who said they would address it. There was a rooftop restaurant and room service, which was convenient. I also used their laundry service and clothes came back clean. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. The hotel arranged my airport taxi, Kundeep, who was reasonably priced, and he was so nice to stop at the ATM for me and at a great breakfast place, so I wouldn't have to fly on an empty stomach. A first rate driver!
Poor hygiene maintained in hotel. There was big difference in the pictures shown and the actual rooms. Washroom were not clean. In the name of breakfast, you will be served very limited options.(1-2 options only). The food will be same everyday. The taste of food was below average. We stayed for 3 nights and had terrible experience. The staff kept on changing the wifi password as well. Only reason for 2 star is that staff was polite to talk bit they did not maintained the property well. Stay away from this property.
overall was a good experience!. First room we booked had issues with the Air conditioning - repeatedly cutting off after 5 min. So requested the desk to shift us to another room. Although first they were hesitant and when our frustration grew they shifted us to another room. After that overall it was good experience.Food is very good and freshly prepared ( rooftop restaurant) and wifi is blisteringly fast
Hotel overall is good. management is just above average. We had issues with our room AC and they tried their best to convince us that the hotel was sold out for the day only to find that goibibo was still taking booking for this hotel. so had to do a bit of arguing to get us to shift to another room and even complaining to goibibo(Also thanks to goibibo also for escalating the matter) .Rooms are overall good. Management should do a little bit to serve the customer and address the issues and not give lame excuses or lie to customers. I personally wasn't impressed with that aspect ( wasn't expecting also)
The room was very smelly and dirty, I asked to change the room because the room was stinking but the hotel manager did not agree due to the shortage of room. I can't tell you that I couldn't sleep one night.
Had a pleasant experience there...Service rendered by them was couteous..Room was spacious..lots of space and racks to place our belongings...Tea/Coffee making arrangements were provided within the room... The bedsheets were not clean...but adjustable... Washroom had 24hr hot water supply and was clean...the drainage inside washroom had issues..so dirt was coming even after the bathroom floor was cleaned...commode was kept neat..no off odour... The hotel had a roof top restaurant wherein one can get tasty food at reasonable rate..the food service there was awesomely good...Breakfast was complimentary... Overally recommendable stay at Haridwar...
It was ok experience but cleaning inside room should be daily basis in our absense. Service is also not fast.
