The room was not cleaned properly. There food items are much costlier than the market, even a single bottle of water of 30 rupees is of 60 rupees. At the end,they ask for GST. That was really surprising. AC was not working,no towel and soap was provided. No wifi was there. Don't ever book such hotel

Third class room, staff behaviour and attitude very bad not a safe place for stay. After complete the payment they show ther original face. Sightseen charge double didn't contract with hotel.

Room were not clean, staff was not good for family stay. Looks like an unsafe place.

In starting they not saying about gst later staff are asking for gst without giving gst bill service is also very bad

Third class room, service, behaviour, etc. In other words everything is third class. I request you not to go to this hotel by seeing their photos in hotel booking websites. Also request you not to go to any hotel with your family near paharganj as each hotels near paharganj are not suitable for your family. Each hotel provide service to unmarried couple.

I would never book this hotel. Worst hotel. The area in which the hotel is very dirty. It's in a small lane in a very crowded locality. We were a group of 8 people and had booked 3 triple bedded rooms in advance. Our check-in time was 12 pm, but we reached there earlier. We requested them to adjust our luggage anywhere so that we can Freshen up and go outside and we will check in once the rooms are available. The person who was was at reception was very rude, he did not have even the courtesy to look at our booking and told directly to come at 12 pm for check-in. When had to go to other hotels to freshen up. When we came again for check-in they offered us 3 rooms with double beds only. When we showed them our booking they said this hotel has only double beds.When we said we will check they said they will arrange a few of us in another hotel with 4 beds, which was just next to this hotel. We agreed. The rooms were smaller and cramped. They were barely clean. No hot water in the freezing morning. They said it will come only after 8 am. only 1 towel per room that too after asking. Travelers, please, if you want a good experience of stay, just don't book this hotel. Our experience was just horrible!

The hotel is at a very nice place and it's location is very easy to get. The staff are excellent. The rooms and the other amenities are nice and good. Food is very tasty. Best place for comfort and relaxation.

This hotel cannot be easily located as we have to go bit into narrow road. They mention to allow early check-in but I was charged 700 INR extra for being allowed to check-in early which was biggest negative as for many rooms were available but the room coordinator of night shift wanted extra bucks over the bill. Room was okay but doesn't allow food in room which is very irritating for 2 days of stay. As well as room was smelling and is not maintained clean and used room was provided stating someone from cleaner home died, which was not my concern, so not great experience at price paid.
