Hotel Lemonade - Hotel in Amritsar - Amritsar, India

First there was an issue in honoring the room with 2 bed that was booked. Hotel staff told me that it was booked already then after 10 minute discussion with hotel manager then got the booked room. other than that unpleasant start , there was no issue at all. It decent place to stay.

3rd class service. No response for any problems you're facing in the room. The hotel owner does not have any manners to speak. Nobody takes your issues seriously and just tell you that nobody is facing any problem so you also should not have any. They'll be good while checking in but later on they don't even respect you. Also no water bottle, towels etc are provided in the room as shown as in photos. The bedsheets are torn, the blanket stinks. The staff as well as the owner is totally ill manerred. If you're angry at them they'll be like "Aakh kese dikhara h". This is what the manager told me at 1 in the night. When i had to go to the reception after seeing no response to my issues.

We had a great time at this place. Location is great near to main attractions and bus stand. The room is clean and nice. The staff is pleasant and helpful. All of our requests were taken into consideration and the staff was helpful with our questions. We had a couple of meals at their restaurant. They accommodated our food requests and made with a minimum of spices. Thanks guys for an enjoyable time in Amritsar.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The shower was broken, and despite my attempts to address the issue with the manager, they seemed dismissive and even laughed at my concern. They promised to fix it, but when I returned later, nothing had changed. It's frustrating when basic amenities are not functional and customer concerns are not taken seriously.

Room was near and clean, location is near to Golden temple, good hotel for family stay.

We struggled to find Hotel Lemonade as it is tucked away in a dusty street. I have to be honest, I was concerned that I might have booked a dud. But, the hotel was lovely, the staff were so helpful and friendly, and the location ended up being within walking distance of the Golden Temple and the rooms were clean. The only thing that wasn't brilliant was the breakfast - it was very salty. All in all, a surprisingly good stay.

First the hotel doesn't have the space for parking. Secondly we have chosen the option for dinner and breakfast, that came 1 hour after ordering. Service was too slow. AC was specifically mentioned in the room we chosen but remote was missing so that people doesn't switch on ac for the propose of heater and opt for heater which was separately chargeable. Lastly we requested them for half n hour delayed checkout, they denied the request saying hotel is full but they had excuse ready for delayed breakfast. Lastly at the time of checkout one person opened the room door without knocking, the worst case of privacy. Simply don't book hotel based on the ratings.

Hotel is situated accurate place Towards Golden Temple, cost price of the rooms is 1500 rs. Per day .. and full payment in advance. And the food menu is too costly , even a Chai price is Rs 30. so, pls go outside. And I think proper safety nhi h idhr ... Cuz hum log jb waps aaye ghum ke toh room unlocked tha even open tha how's it possible?! we have chosen the option for breakfast, that came 1 hour after ordering. Service was too slow.. even the bathroom tab is not working.. staff was cool and innocent and the Receptionist Guy is very nice and helpfull nature ... And the interior of the room is good..
