Pros: Location is amazing, on the highway. Food is good as well. Cons : Rooms are dirty, not properly cleaned. We got some terrible bed bug bites No complementary mineral water bottles Washroom latches weren't working They need to improve the hygiene of the rooms and provide better service
Location is good. Food is good.However it has drawbacks-- 1. ) No wifi inside rooms 2.) No soap/shampoo offered 3.) No mineral water bottle is complementary. 4.) TV is too small. 5.) Rooms are outdated Management needs to fix these issues asap!
Best hotel in semiliguda and also they serve the best food as well,I had veg biryani , Naan and kadhai panner it was awesome and very tasty. If you are in semiliguda and you want to eat tasty and good quality food then you should come this hotel.They serve value for money food.
My experience was not very good, cockroaches are there in the room as well as in the restaurant, don't know whether the management is worried about the same or not. Lift gate is always not closing automatically due to low voltage (as informed by hotel staff, but it seemed fake). I didn't try many food items so I can't comment in general however it was not good. In the same price range you can get nearby very good hotel ( Hotel Imperial inn).
You will get a big room but it's not as luxurious as you can get in the metro cities. I appreciate the service staff they are so humble and dedicated to guests. Would you believe i checked into this hotel at 2:30 AM and also at that time they opened the gate for me the staff was available to drop my luggage in my room it was such a wonderful gesture at this semi rural area .
Staf have no manners,no time sence n behaviour so cheap,room service like room size, water bottle n all are not available properly
It's totally a worst experience. Too late to serve the food. Hotel staff are very irresponsible . Food quality is also not that good.
Room keys not working. It's open from outside of the room without a key when it's locked . Secondary lock is not available. They are taking 2000rs per room. After i request to change the room they said they dont have any other room left But they dont even provide a water bottle
