Hotel Legend - Hotel in Surat - Surat, India

I am surprised at seeing such a high rating of this hotel. High possibility I feel that they are buying many of the reviews. Would recommend to go experience the hotel, and you might feel the same. Highly unprofessional night duty staff, too. Also, rooms are not what you see in the photos, they are very tiny in reality. Better options can be explored nearby where reviews are a little realistic, and are not only one sided, which raises suspicion.

Rooms are too small, and no ventilation creating a mushy odor in the room due to AC being turned on. Good friendly front desk service and delicious buffet breakfast.

Located conveniently at a very short distance from Surat railway station. Houses a dormitory in the basement and first floor. The rooms are very tiny. Practically no furniture except for the beds. Not even a chair. No closed storage. Just a shelf and couple of small tables on either side of the bed. Only one towel provided in a double room. No toiletries except a tiny soap and one shampoo sachet The staff did not know how to operate the lever for hot water. The complimentary breakfast is quite good. There is a limited but good room service menu. The air conditioning was very efficient.
