The leela is an Indian luxury hotel chain founded in 1986 by C.P.Krishnan nair and currently owned by Brookfield asset management Leela hotels were founded as part of the leela group, which was named after the founder C. P. Krishna Nairs wife . Nair bought 11 acres of land near his house in Sahar village, Mumbai, in 1986. It was the first luxury hotel near the current chhatrapati shivaji international airport.

Hotel was Pathetic, Reception they will inform Hot water will be available after 6 AM. When we asked for Hot water in the morning there is no proper response from hotel staff one person will go to another room and sleep, after 1 and half hour they provide electric heater which took 15 min to heat water that too water is not completely hot. Bathrooms are not clean, after we have reached rooms are not ready and after we have reached only they have started cleaning rooms which took 20-30 min. Full sounds are coming full night not able to sleep properly, more over Bar is available below Hotel which is not shown in pics shared in website. Not recommend if you are traveling with Family members.

The location is good. But the rooms we got were of 100 series. The entrance was through narrow corridors. The corridor smells full of cigs and drinks. TV was not working . The rooms are average. The services, you'll have to be patient. Intercom not working, very small workforce.

The worst hotel ever we have visited. They confirmed our booking with prepaid/payment. We have informed them that we will be reaching late and they have accepted it. But at 2AM in the night after we arrived, there was no entry point or reception. They did not pick our phone calls. Even the booking partner Oyo tried and was helpless to us. We struggled with family and women onboard to find another hotel at midnight. It even has a bar below it which looks so local and the bottles were thrown everywhere. Looks like the staff and the owner also drink in the same bar and become useless to the customers. Better avoid it if you are not willing to get disturbed by going to this hotel.

First of all don't expect anything AC rooms are not real AC rooms No tv services available No basic requirements available like water No hot water It was not paradyse it is hell

Rooms were good but not serviced well. Had to ask the staff present for cleaning. Otherwise all good.

This is the most dirty and disgusting hotel above Rs 2000 that I have visited in recent times! You have to ask for everything including towels. Absolutely nothing is provided in the room. The bar in ground floor keeps the place noisy with no parking till late night. Rooms are not cleaned before passing on to the next guests. No pillow covers. No hot water. No soap. No toilet paper. AC and TV not working. There is another Leela Paradise given in Google maps which is the wrong address. Overall experience was horrible. This place is not meant for decent travelers
