The deluxe premium room mattress spring was broken. Didnt had very pleasant experience. Manager was more eager to get the payment done rather than improving the service. Though most of the food items were not availabe but they keep insisting on not to order from outside. Didn't allowed food delivery guy to come inside and have to go out to collect food.

Location is bad, rooms are shallow and compact services and food is good. Over priced as compared to rooms & location
Worst hotel ever! The staff behaviour is very very bad, they are a group of goons actually. Always very eager to fight with guest. They charged extra for small normal room. Plus the location is just near the overbridge, there's foul smell all the time. Never believe the reviews of mmt, goibibo. Worst location, worst hotel and staff. We couldn't stand for an hour.
Located on busy ring road. Some Rooms are small.. surroundings are not clean. Breakfast o.k Dinner was good. Check out 11AM needs revision to atleast 12 noon.
